About this guide

A directory, not a jury: dates from the organisers, with a check date — and one disclosed exception.

This guide puts in one place what is actually documented about the Nuremberg Christmas markets: dates, opening hours and entry, each taken from the organiser's own page and stamped with the date we checked it. At the moment that is 13 entries, 13 of them with dates officially confirmed for 2026. Last checked on 21 September 2026.

How we work

• Every date, opening time and price comes from the organiser's official page. Every link was opened and checked that it works.
• A date counts as confirmed only once the organiser has published it themselves, with the year on it. Otherwise this site says “not confirmed yet” — not our guess.
• Prices are what stalls charged in the previous season. They are never official: each trader sets their own.
• We do not rate other people's markets, award stars or rank anything. This is a directory, not a jury.
• Every photograph on this site was taken by DECOLED and shows our own installations and light parks. We do not publish photographs of other people's Christmas markets, and we do not generate images artificially.

Who publishes this

The publisher is DECOLED s.r.o., a Czech manufacturer of festive lighting. DECOLED runs the Story of Lights series of light parks — and opens one in Stein near Nuremberg in the 2026/27 season. That single park is the only attraction here we have a commercial interest in, and it is marked as ours on every page it appears on.

Corrections

A wrong date means a ruined day out. If you spot something, write to [email protected] — one line is enough; we check it against the organiser's page and fix it.
